Home Safety Inspections - $150*
Your home is your place of refuge, your safe space, a place to build memories and protect your family. Ensure that your home is a safe space by conducting a home safety inspection. Our 75+ point checklist covers areas such as :
- Fire Safety
- Fall and Trip Hazards
- Kitchen Safety
- Heating and Electrical Systems
- Bedroom Safety
- Bathroom Safety
- Living and Common Areas
- Garage and Utility Rooms
- Exterior and General
- Emergency Preparedness
At the end of the inspection, you will be presented with recommendations on how to make your home safer. We do not remediate the issues, but can recommend how to best fix any issues discovered during the inspection.
This inspection is especially recommended for senior citizens and families with children.
Inspections take 60-90 minutes and you will be presented with a written report and the end of the inspection.

Home Safety Pre-Inspections for Foster and Adoptive Homes - $200*
Be prepared for your state inspection, by conducting a pre-inspection. All 75+ of the home safety inspection items will be covered in addition to additional items specific to the sate requirement for foster and adoptive homes. This inspection does not replace the required state inspection, but will help you be better prepared .
CPR/AED/First aid training can be conducted along with your safety inspection for an additional charge.
